Privacy Policy

Rollr Pro LLC (“Rollr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Rollr, an operations platform for paving and construction contractors covering quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication (the “Service”). This policy describes what information we collect through the Service, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Account and business data. When a contractor signs up, we collect the business owner’s name, email, phone number, and company details, along with the customer, job, quote, and invoice records they create or import while using the Service.

End-customer data. Contractors using Rollr enter or import their own customers’ contact information (name, email, phone, service address) so they can generate quotes, schedule work, and send invoices. Rollr processes this data on the contractor’s behalf and does not independently market to those end customers.

Payment and accounting data. If a contractor connects QuickBooks Online or accepts payments through Stripe, we exchange the minimum data needed to keep customer, estimate, invoice, and payment records in sync between Rollr and that provider. We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves; Stripe handles card data directly.

Communications data. If a contractor sends SMS, email, or call notifications through Rollr, we process the message content and delivery status through our messaging providers (Twilio for SMS/voice, Resend for email) to deliver and log those communications.

Location data. Job-site addresses entered or drawn on a map are geocoded using the Google Maps Platform to support scheduling, routing, and area/material estimates.

Usage data. We collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use information

  • To provide the core Service: quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication.
  • To keep connected third-party accounts (QuickBooks, Stripe, Google Maps, Twilio, Resend) in sync with a contractor’s Rollr data.
  • To secure accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
  • To communicate with contractors about their account, billing, or material changes to the Service.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contractor or end-customer data to serve third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share data only with the service providers (“subprocessors”) needed to run Rollr, each bound by their own data-protection terms: Supabase (database, authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Intuit QuickBooks Online (accounting sync, only when a contractor connects it), Twilio (SMS/voice), Resend (email delivery), and Google Maps Platform (geocoding and address verification). We disclose data to law enforcement or government authorities only when required by valid legal process.

Data security

Rollr is a multi-tenant system: each contractor’s data is isolated at the database level using row-level security scoped to their organization. Credentials for connected third-party accounts (such as QuickBooks OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to what is operationally necessary.

Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations. Contractors can request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us below.

Your choices

Contractors can access, correct, export, or delete the business and customer data stored in their account by contacting us. End customers of a Rollr contractor should first contact that contractor, who controls their own customer records; we will assist as needed.

Children’s privacy

Rollr is a business tool and is not directed to, or knowingly used by, children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
